Shoot your recruiting video before Summer!

Summer break is less than two months away! Get your recruiting video filmed before your team starts traveling. We're booking sessions now through the spring; fill out our online form letting us know what skills you want to show off and place your deposit to reserve your spot. 

All videos are filmed in 4K and include hitting and one (1) position.

How do I schedule my session?

Once your deposit is placed we'll reach out to you to schedule a shoot date and location. We prefer to shoot at your athlete's high school field, but if this is not an option we'll help find a field. A deposit is required to reserve your shoot.

What do we need to bring to the shoot? 

Wear your travel ball uniform and bring all of your game day equipment. You will also need to bring one or two fielders—who will also need to be in uniform. If you can't find anyone to help out we can supply fielders for an added fee. 

How long does it take to complete a video?

Depending on what skills we shoot, filming will take around 3–4 hours. You can expect your video and online profile to be finished and ready to send out to coaches 10–14 business days after shooting.

What happens if it rains on our scheduled shoot day?

We'll reschedule your shoot if the weather is bad and you'll have priority on the next available date. 

What do we do after our video and profile are complete?

Write your emails and send your custom profile url out to coaches! Beyond the Yard is not a recruiting service and will not send emails or contact coaches for you, but we will answer any questions you have in regards to what you should say or send. Coach Cook spent over 20 years recruiting college athletes at the Division I level and is a great resource.
