This class is good for anyone who's just starting to get into pitching. Any amount of experience is a plus, but not required.

Coach Cook will go over basic pitching mechanics and warm ups, then we'll break into small groups and work on drills that'll help you understand what position you need to be in to have control of your pitches. We'll end the lesson throwing full.

Parents are encouraged to come along and listen!
